“You smell good" is one of my favorite compliments to receive, and the reason I do smell good is because my fragrance layering game is top tier. Check out the details below for tips on how to layer your scents 👇🏾 - Start by cleansing your skin with a soap that won't strip it completely. I like to use Dr. Bronner's Peppermint Castile Soap. - Next, exfoliate your skin with a scrub that matches the scent of the fragrance you plan to wear. I used a strawberry scrub from Tree Hut because I was going for a berry and vanilla fragrance combo that day. - Follow up with a body wash in the same scent family to enhance and lock in the fragrance. I used a strawberry body wash from Tree Hut. - Moisturize your skin with a body oil or lotion that is unscented to hydrate your skin and seal in the fragrances from the shower. I used Hempz body oil, which is amazing by the way. - Then, moisturize again with a scented lotion in the same scent family so that your perfume oil and perfume have something to adhere to. I used EOS pomegranate lotion. - Use a perfume oil to prolong the longevity of your fragrance. I used Nemat Vanilla Musk oil. - Lastly, apply your perfumes. I layered Tom Ford Lost Cherry and Kayali Vanilla 28. I understand that this routine may be excessive for some people, but I usually follow it when I'm going out, not on a daily basis. This routine really helps my perfume last all day and night. Let me know your thoughts. Do you also layer your fragrances? All products are linked in my bio! #LTKxSephora
