Today was rough. I’m in need of a fancy dress for a charity event we have coming up, and I’m running out of time. Fast forward to visiting 5 stores, and only 1 of 20+ dresses actually zipping up all the way - I am completely defeated. I know that it’s not the end of the world, I know I’ve made incredible progress, and that this is just a blip. But it’s hard to have not found anything. I start to go to my bad habits - how many calories do I need to burn? How many inches or pounds do I need to loose? How can I do it as fast as possible to make it work? Don’t worry - no quick fixes or unhealthy acts will happen - because I have learned to be better, but dang does it mess with my mental state.
