Guest bedroom has sunny yellow sheets and a rich ochre linen duvet. 2 sunny sheet pillows, 2 brown linen sham pillows, and 2 extra yellow quilted throw pillows create an enveloping bed. Add a wavy checkered throw blanket and a green rug for an inviting an fun guest room.

Living room design is welcoming and cozy, with a nod to the neighborhood history with eclectic woven tapestries, historical map, and eyeball artwork. Client’s Victorian Air BnB Living Room Essentials- including sleeper sofa, compact writing desk, and tv console. Antique-inspired art and furnishings help create a historical space. Soft, warm lamp lighting and gauzy curtains illuminate the inviting common area, so everyone has a place to relax. Dining area drop-leaf wood table and four commercial-grade classic chairs sit on a round jute rug. At the coffee bar, we will have all of our matching small appliances, easy for everyone to access (with the microwave in the pantry). Above the sink, a vintage dish rack, slightly distressed floating shelves, set with quality flatware that can hold up against renters. Aesthetic soap dish and easy-to-reach cleaning supplies help everyone keep the space tidy. Finish with a rug at the sink. Optional small island with seating, if there is room for the additional furniture.
