I expected something light to toss over workout clothes. The quilting is much thicker and more substantial than I anticipated, so this can live far beyond trips to and from the gym. The cotton jersey is soft and stretchy with enough weight for cool mornings, travel days and casual fall outfits.

I’m in a large for a slightly oversized fit. It has front snaps, an elastic hem, two pockets and an easy athletic silhouette. The fabric is 88% cotton, 5% recycled cotton and 7% spandex. The blue floral color story looks so good with white denim now and dark denim later.

Wear it with leggings and sneakers for walking or school pickup, over a tennis dress, with joggers for an airport outfit, or with jeans and a tee for brunch and errands. The substantial quilting makes it a real fall jacket for activewear and travel.
