This ice cream gets ready within minutes! Best afternoon snack for the kids this summer, and a fun and safe recipe for you to do with your kids!

My major tip to save is to go to Costco and freeze an entire bag of the mandarins, and if you have a @ninjakitchen put in the containers and leave it in it until you’re ready to use.

I highly recommend you to use the food processor (I love mine from @cuisinart) instead of the blender bc the blender breaks the fiber into smaller pieces, and that makes your body digest the fibers faster, so the satiation feeling won’t last long.

RECIPE:

1 bag of mandarin from Costco
1 cup of water
2-3 tablespoons of heavy cream (completely optional!)

Dirty Water Mango Fusion Recipe
Ingredients:
• 6 oz coconut milk
• 1 small bowl of mango chunks (defrosted)
• 2 tbsp vanilla syrup
• 3 tbsp cream of coconut
• Sweetened condensed milk (measure with your heart, but a generous spoonful works best!)
• 1 bottle of sparkling water (flat water works too!)
• Ice
