Hiking with baby! This has probably been the most requested post. I linked the main products we use during our hiking trips. I highly recommend our boots. Very affordable and durable. We have used ours since 2018 and have traveled to 7 + national parks and countless different countries with them and they are still SOLID.
This hiking carrier is amazing - great back support and lots of pockets for diapers, wipes, extra clothes, snacks, etc! The rain cover is a must to protect your little one from the elements. The carrying case is also essential when flying to your destination. Most airlines allow 2 baby items from a list (usually stroller, car seat, pack n play, etc). We took this carrier instead of a stroller.
I linked similar North Face jackets, since ours are no longer on the site. But they are triclimate jackets with a warm under layer and a waterproof outer shell. I also highly recommend them. We have traveled with them as a set, in separates and we have definitely gotten our moneys worth.
For your baby/toddler, his/her clothes and shoes will depend on the climate and whether they’re walking. We used these North Face boots for Zion in Scotland since we needed a warm/waterproof option. But used the Merrell ones for our Dolomites trip since it was warmer
