-Place chargers for different types of phones and smart watches on your nightands. Adding a small dish for jewelry to the nightstand are also a nice touch and give guests a place to keep them safe during their visit.

-Provide extra pillows in different fill types and density along with extra blankets to make their stay even more comfortable.

TIPS FOR PLANNING YOUR OPEN FLOOR CONCEPT –

▪️ Use area rugs to designate your spaces and create visual zones.
▪️ Keep you color palette cohesive and repeat a few accent colors throughout each area.
▪️ Incorporate lighting that relates to each other in the same finish, and don't forget lamps. They will help to create a cozy fell in each area instead of keeping every light on.

GET READY ROOM REMODEL 💖✨

My closest was pretty fab already, but I was ready to add the bold color and pattern I love so much. I started with a major clean out of old shoes and clothes to make a little space (for new items of course 😉).

Next I wiill be adding my own ShopTen25 Rush the Row signature wallpaper to the ceiling. Then I painted the walls Farrow and Ball Pink Ground, as wel as touched up the trim. I love how it brought new life to this room!

I added in some final touches, like Tart by Taylor frames and new jewelry holders to bring the space altogether.

Wild for this nursery. 🦒🌴🐅

-My clients have a love for animals, nature & travel and wanted a safari theme that would be gender neutral. A safari themed mural was at the top of the top of the list and we found the perfect one that set the tone for the design.
The Color Scheme is a mix of greens, white lacquerd furniture, acrylic accents and brass details
-The Design: The mural was the jumping off point and we loved how it didn't feel too childish or too adult for the space. We kept the furniture neutral to allow the mural to make the statement while also adding a few fun safari themed items. The modern details like the lion head pulls on the cabinet, giraffe lamp on the dresser and elephant linen basket pulled the theme together.

-Start with your color palette and ground the mix with a solid pillow. Solid pillows can serve as anchors in your design & provide a visual balance between patterned and textured pillows within the mix.
-Mix up textures to add visual depth. Linen, vevlets and fur are my go to.
-Play with patterns. I like to choose one or two dominant patterns (stripes or florals) and mix them with smaller, subtler patterns ( polka dots or geometric prints).

After 6 years in our home, it’s update time! 🌟

We originally remodeled to sell, but we unexpectedly fell in love with our neighborhood and our house. Admittedly, my house hasn’t been my priority with sorority house and residential projects keeping me busy.

But, 2024 brings a new focus on our home! We’ve got the basics and collected amazing pieces; now, it’s time to infuse that bold color and pattern I adore. 💫

FIRST UP ➡️ Our kitchen cabinets are starting to show wear since the kitchen is the busiest room in our home. We strated by repairing the cabinets and painting them in a rich and subtle blue (@benjaminmoore Van Courtland Blue HC-145 )to provide more of a contrast to the white walls and backsplash.
