Summer Fashion☀️

Starting the day off right at the gym , then filming a resort-wear video for my YouTube channel! Strength training is so important as we age. I do strength/muscle-building exercise 3 times a week. It has transformed my body!
I'm wearing size 8 in the tank and medium in the leggings. The trainers are just for the gym. They provide excellent balance & stability that walking/running shoes cannot provide. Exercise is a lot easier when you have the right gear!
