I wouldn’t say it’s a “resolution” but definitely been focusing more on the things I can control lately, than giving energy to what I can’t. A few of those things are:

What (more so who) I surround myself with,
What I show up for/effort I bring along,
What I consume (diet),
What I consume (mentally),
What I talk about,
What I prioritize.

Oh and water consumption! Because it’s the goal on my goal list, that never seems to go away. So, basically I’m trash at that. But again — totally dependent on mine and only my, control. 💦 Intervals water bottle is from @healthishco and while definitely not a necessity, very much a worthwhile tool if you could benefit from being held to a reminder.
