Welcome to the Taylor Kitchen Family where we show VERY busy people how to make VERY delicious food in VERY little time so this Air Fryer Yogurt Harissa Chicken with a fresh Moroccan Carrot Salad fits the bill & comes together in under 20 minutes. I've been loving #airfryer meals due to their #speedy nature & the fact that I don't have to heat up the kitchen. Marinating chicken breast in Yogurt ensures you'll have a very moist bird and the Harissa adds so much flavor. I like to marinate the chicken breast in about 1/2 cup of yogurt and 1/4 cup Harissa (a Moroccan red pepper paste that lends a punch and one of my favorite pantry ingredients. The salad is simply grated carrot πŸ₯•, a dash of vinegar, olive oil, the juice and zest of 1/2 orange 🍊 and a handful of chopped mint. Easy, fresh & delicious.
