Enjoyed making these #healthy #glutenfree 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Banana cookies πŸͺ with my great niece while visiting my Indiana family. They're the best healthy bite for your afternoon snack attack. 1/2 banana 1 egg 1/2 cup peanut butter Beat together, adding more peanut butter if needed for thickness. Scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet & bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or 8 minutes in the air fryer on the "bake" setting.
