Here is my take on a dressy casual capsule shorts wardrobe. I like to make a twist with my short outfits for summer by pairing the shorts a simple plain item with a dressy, trending novelty top and fun shoes. Plain shorts and plain t-shirts in my opinion, that's a no-brainer. A plain pair of shorts with a really sexy fun top takes your casual summer wardrobe to hold another level.
