I love sharing my teaching outfits, that I actually wear. So many people are sharing “teacher outfits” that have never stepped foot in a classroom. What in the world do they know about a good teacher outfit?! 😅

It’s kinda how teachers feel about law makers making decisions for classrooms when they’ve never been on the front lines.

I use to be the person had would buy the new trend, the new outfit for an event, or just because it was cute. I then had a closet full of clothes I never wore, and when I would clean out closet it would drive me crazy. I’d spend all this money, for what?

I changed the way I view my clothes and now I buy items that I know will get multiple uses, over years. I create capsules for each season, that work for both work, and daily life.

I’m not saying to not buy the trends. But ask yourself…
Will this trend last?
Can I wear this multiple times?
Do I actually need it not just want it in the moment?
