A pillow bought with intention. I knew it could serve as Fall decor for the whole season so it made the purchase worth it. The color goes perfectly with Autumn, and the backside is solid, so I can style it with other year round pillows for the Fall decor.

Then when the time comes for Halloween decor, just simply turn it around.

I do the same with Jack O Lanterns, bottles with Halloween writings on them etc. Just turn them around until you’re ready for them.

It’s a simple concept, but eliminates buying more than you need…and extends the length you will use the item by turning it into an item fit for the whole season.

Adding cozy feels to the table by adding tapered candles! They give such a warm inviting vibe to the space. I also added an old ceramic leaf plate with ceramic acorns to hold napkins for style and functionality.
