Morning’s look a little different these days:
Generally I wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee, catch up on my emails and then get in a quick workout.
I’ve been loving the @sweat app and taking long walks with a podcast for some low intensity cardio.
Then I shower, try to put on normal clothes and get to work!
Anyone else feel like the days FLY BY?!
