Baking bread on Sundays has been my (Lauren's) new therapy. It's been a lot of fun trying new recipes and knowing the bread I'm making for my family is so much healthier than store bought and it's so easy to make! I made two sandwich loafs (organic flour, yeast, water, honey & salt), sourdough bread, and sourdough bagels 🥯 (cinnamon sugar & everything seasoning). Our kitchen is one of my favorite room in the house. This space took 3 years to come together and it was worth all the effort and planning!
