We did a girls Cookbook Exchange on Friday. Everyone picked their favorite cookbook from the year and made a couple of dishes. All books were wrapped and we played White Elephant style. It was really fun and getting to try a little bit of everything was the best part! Everything was so delicious! For my birthday, my friend got me Mosquito Supper Club and it is giving Molly Baz’s book a run for it’s money. I took home Callies Biscuits and Southern Traditions and I am so happy I did. The biscuits and shrimp and grits were soooooo good! I will be making soon! I bought myself True Comfort and there are some great recipes. All are free of gluten and refined sugar, so I have a feeling I will use this book a lot in January while doing Whole 30. The Short Ribs from The Cowboy Kitchen were so good! This will be my next cookbook purchase. Although we did not trade Peace Meals, I am linking it here as well! The Artichoke and Brie Dip Recipe from this book was incredible!
