It’s been almost a week since I started working out regularly again. I was so ready to get my body, mind and overall health back on track that I joined as a newbie coach under my sweet coach, @ stylemelauren. I’ve eased my way back in with a 21 challenge, and have found yoga to be the best option for me right now. My core strength feels non- existent and my knees feel like jello. It took 9 months to grow my sweet Sophia, so I try to remind myself that this will take time. To motivate me more, I tried another align legging, dupe from Amazon. This one is pretty good! I should also share that I created a little accountability group and would love to have you join. I’ve done it for years and in only 30 minutes a day, I’ve always seen results…even when I’m not following the nutrition plan strictly.
