Indulge in a world of exquisite flavors with my curated collection of gourmet food and recipes

Hello, darlings! Welcome back, or if you're new here, let me catch you up—this video was filmed last year when I was flaunting a chic short hairdo in my fabulous Florida home, right before my grand move up North. I adored this presentation so much that I'm bringing it back this year!
Now, let's talk about the 4th of July—a perfect occasion to honor this marvelous country of ours 🇺🇸 and, of course, feed a crowd with flair. Enter the pièce de résistance: the American flag made of hot dogs. Yes, you heard that right. It's as delightful as it is delicious, and oh-so-easy to create.
Here's how you can dazzle your guests: First, I like my buns warm and toasty, so I pop them in the oven for a few minutes. Then, I grill all the hot dogs to perfection. The assembly is a breeze—I arrange the hot dogs and buns on a platter to resemble the stripes of the flag. For the stars, I use mozzarella cheese slices on a bed of blue tortilla chips. Voila! An edible masterpiece that was an absolute hit at my party 🎉. Until next time, stay fabulous and keep shining bright! ✨

Ah, there's something magical about being wrapped up in the rhythmic hum of city life, isn't there? Now, what could be more fabulous and city-chic than a curated blend of delicious lattes, ripe strawberries, and blooms that punch way above their weight class? If I had my way with "The Finer Things Café and Floral Boutique," you bet these "Love Notes" would steal the show.
Here's how the magic happens: I start with an unassuming bouquet—transformed into something that looks like it's straight out of a floral design studio. These beauties will keep on giving for days to come. Then, I add in strawberries so sweet and red they practically sparkle, right into an oh-so-stylish cup. For the grand finale? A pair of lattes—let's keep it tall, skinny, and vanilla-infused for me!
The next time you want to drop a little sunshine into someone's day—or maybe just treat yourself—this is the go-to. It's my tiny slice of show-stopping glamour. Herr are all the products to make this magic happen.😉

If you’re looking for a delectable and charming appetizer that perfectly embodies the essence of spring, look no further than these delightful stuffed crescent roll carrots. They’re an impeccable addition to any potluck, picnic, or Easter gathering.
To create this delightful dish, you’ll need some refrigerated crescent roll dough, cream cheese, fresh parsley, grated lemon peel (optional), salt, and small sprigs of parsley to serve as the “carrot tops.”
Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F and unrolling the dough over a flat surface. Then, using a pizza cutter or knife, slice the dough into eight one-inch strips. Next, lightly grease a cannoli mold and wrap one strip around it to form a realistic-looking carrot. Place the carrots on an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them an inch apart.
Bake the crescent roll carrots for 7 to 9 minutes, or until they acquire a golden-brown hue. Once finished, transfer them to a cooling rack and wait for them to cool completely before removing the cannoli molds.
Now, let’s move on to the filling. In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to blend the cream cheese, fresh parsley, grated lemon peel (if desired), and salt until they achieve a smooth, harmonious consistency. Carefully pipe the cream cheese mixture into the cavity of each crescent roll, and finish by adding two sprigs of parsley to each as the carrot top.
These stuffed crescent roll carrots are also ideal for packed lunches - just remember to leave out the parsley sprigs. Although I omitted lemon from my recipe to accommodate my daughters’ preferences, I believe it would add a delightful touch to the dish. Please let me know how it turns out for you!

When I received this board from Smirly, I was immediately blown away. They have many accessories, small boards, plates, and ramekins to cater to a small crowd—all in one! I created a European Charcuterie and Cheese Tour as grand as the board. I used cheese, meat, and pieces of bread from Italy, France, Germany, Spain, and England. English water crackers, German pretzels, and French Baguette accompany Manchego, Mozzarella, and Brie. Italian Salame, Coppa, and Prosciutto di Parma complement the cheese. Chutney spreads and olives find their place in the small bowls.

A refined Caprese salad with cherry tomatoes and fresh Burrata is on the side. There is also space for dessert, with cheesecake chocolate bites! This board is easy and fun, even if it’s your first time doing this. Smirly has become my favorite hostess gift! I will use it more and more in the future. @smirly.official #ad

Make cheese festive with pomegranate! You need a wire cheese cutter to do this neatly, Brie, goat cheese and pomegranate. It takes only a few minutes, and it elevates any cheese board!

I received a beautiful set of pans from Thyme and Table, and I decided to inaugurate them with a special dish that exudes sophistication! These are the most beautiful pans I’ll ever use to cook. 😉Here’s the recipe for Risotto with Prosecco, Mascarpone, and Pink Peppercorn, garnished with an edible gold leaf. Call it glamorous cooking!
Ingredients:
Arborio rice 1 ⅜ cups (330 gr.)
2 white onions
2 celery hearts
2 carrots
Pink peppercorn 3 tbs
Prosecco 1 cup
Parmesan Cheese 1 cup
Salt
Mascarpone 1 1/4 cup
Olive oil
Edible gold leaf

1. Prepare the vegetable stock. Add 1 onion, 2 carrots, and 2 celery hearts to a pan of boiling water, and let it simmer for 30 minutes. Add a handful of coarse salt.
2. Meanwhile, cut the remaining onion finely. Warm the oil, add the onion to the pan, and cook for a few minutes.
3. Add the rice and toast it. The rice has to become translucent.
4. Blend with Prosecco.
5. Once the liquid has been absorbed, start adding the stock gradually, stirring all the time.
6. The rice needs to cook for about 20 minutes. It is ready when it has become soft.
7. Once the rice is cooked, add the mascarpone, Parmesan cheese, and half of the peppercorn. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
8. Plate the rice.
9. Garnish with the remaining peppercorn and the gold leaf.
10. Serve it hot.
:
This dish is perfect for an elegant dinner party! It will be a conversation starter, I promise.

I created this romantic board using three different kinds of salame(in Italy, we call it so- will the E), mint, and mozzarella cheese. It’s better to have a small mint plant handy to choose the best leaves for your skewers. I placed them on a heart-shaped board, added a few roses without skewers in the middle, and placed provolone in the center(I used a cookie cutter to make it a heart). I took the video, and the food was gone in minutes! This platter is easy, delicious, and fun! I linked the board on my LKT page(it comes in three sizes, so I am using all of them for other projects as well). 🧡❤️

Do you want to add a touch of irresistible cuteness to your next cocktail party or Valentine’s day? Yes? Then these Caprese tartlets are for you. Ready in minutes, and so fun to prepare and serve.

Ingredients:
Two boxes of cherry tomatoes
One mozzarella log
One fresh basil plant
Two boxes(30) frozen phyllo cups
salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Cut the cherry tomatoes, season them lightly, and cut the mozzarella with this fantastic cutter(it’s part of a large set with many shapes, so I’ll use them year-round). Fill the cups with the tomatoes, add the garnishing, and they are ready!
You can shop this post on my LKT page(link in bio) or comment “Veggie Cutter” below, and I’ll send you the link.

Tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes, burrata, and fresh oregano is a wonderful example of how simple ingredients can come together to create a sophisticated and delicious dish.
The egg pasta provides a delicate and silky texture that pairs perfectly with the creamy and rich burrata cheese. The burst of sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes adds a lovely contrast to the dish, while the fresh oregano adds an herbaceous and slightly peppery flavor that ties everything together.
Having a meal that's easy to prepare but still impressive is a great way to foster conviviality and bring people together. When you have something delicious on the table, people tend to linger longer and enjoy each other's company. In my house, it happens all the time!

6 Red Cherry Tomatoes Sprigs
2 cups yellow cherry tomatoes
6 tagliatelle nests
8 oz fresh Burrata
2 cloves garlic
fresh oregano
olive oil
salt and pepper

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Place the tomatoes on a cookie sheet, season with salt, pepper, and olive oil, and place them in the oven (400 degrees) for 20 minutes.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, and add 2 garlic cloves.
4. Once the tomatoes are ready, place half of them in the pan with the garlic and cook them for 5 minutes. Keep the other half warm with foil.
5. Cook the tagliatelle “al dente.”
6. Once ready, place them in the pan and gently mix for 1 minute.
7. Assemble the plate. Place the tagliatelle, and add the burrata and the fresh oregano on top. Garnish the plate with one sprig of tomatoes. Serve immediately.

Get ready to rock your Independence Day bash with a seriously cool and easy presentation: the Hot Dog American Flag! It's like turning your BBQ into a patriotic party that'll make everyone go, "Wow!"
Here's the scoop: I fired up my awesome Ninja Grill (it's my secret weapon when I don't feel like going outside) to grill those hot dogs to perfection. While they were sizzling away, I popped the bread in to get it nice and toasty. Gotta have that perfect combo of soft bread and juicy dogs, right?
But wait, there's more! I got a little artsy and used a cookie cutter to make some mozzarella cheese stars. Now, let's assemble the flag!
Take the bread and split it right down the middle, making sure it's all nice and even. That's gonna be our delicious stripes. Then, plop those mouthwatering hot dogs right on top, like a work of edible art.
Now, for the finishing touches. Squeeze on some ketchup, because a hot dog without it just isn't the same. And here comes the magic—blue tacos! These crunchy treats are gonna be our star-spangled corner.
Sprinkle those mozzarella cheese stars right on top of the tacos. Imagine the burst of cheesy goodness against that vibrant blue background. Ta-da! You've got yourself a showstopper presentation! It's like a burst of patriotic flavor and fun! So go ahead, dig into the Hot Dog American Flag, and let the stars and stripes make your taste buds do a happy dance. 😉
