Hey everyone! I've just set up an Aperol Spritz station right in my dining room, and it's become a daily delight. We Italians have a thing for spritz, and I caught the Spritz Mania wave while touring Europe last summer. If your taste buds dance to the same rhythm, this is your go-to pre-dinner or pre-lunch treat.
The station is all about casual glam—think cascading greenery, berries, and stylishly dried oranges (just pop them in the oven for about 70 minutes on low). The essentials are Aperol, Prosecco, and Sparkling Water, plus a variety of citrus and some maraschino cherries for that extra flair. The mix is effortless: ice, equal parts Prosecco, Aperol, and Sparkling Water, topped with an orange or blood orange slice. Perfect for any festive gathering, this setup isn't just about drinks; it's a statement. Enjoy and let the good times roll!Until next time, stay sparkly ✨#LTKHoliday

As the bewitching season approaches, I'm eager to uplift your Halloween soirées with a libation that's both chic and eerie. Get ready for an exclusive Blackberry Sangria, a drink that's not only sumptuous to taste but also an aesthetic masterpiece, perfectly suited for the spookiest night of the year. Ingredients for Blackberry Simple Syrup:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
Ingredients for Sangria:
- 2 (750ml) bottles of high-quality red wine, Cabernet in my case
- 1 cup Chambord
- 1 cup blackberry simple syrup
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1 cup fresh figs
- 2 blood oranges, sliced
Execution for Blackberry Simple Syrup:
1. In a small saucepan, blend the blackberries, sugar, and water. Simmer over medium heat.
2. Mash the berries gently for about 10-15 minutes, ensuring the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Strain the mixture to isolate the syrup and let it cool.
Execution for Sangria:
1. Combine your red wine, brandy, Chambord, and blackberry syrup in your skull drink dispenser or an elegant pitcher. Stir until harmonized.
2. Add in the fruit, and slices of blood orange. Allow it to infuse for at least 2 hours; the patience pays off.
3. Serve adding fruit to the glasses, and ice if you like.
Voilà - a Halloween Blackberry Sangria that's as captivating as it is tasteful. It's more than a drink; it's a full-bodied experience for the senses, designed for those who appreciate the finer details in life.
Until our next dark and sparkling gathering, stay bewitchingly brilliant! 🎃

So, today we're gliding—not just walking—down memory lane. Why? Well, life is a bit of a glamorous mess at the moment. We're just a sequin's throw away from crossing the finish line of our home renovation. Until then, we're in the midst of a hotel stint—month two and counting. Silver lining? The breakfast here is seriously worth waking up for.
Next, let's chat about Lorenzo, my chosen brother and partner in crime who was with me when I filmed (and drank) this(and in so many other life adventures). We captured some magical moments in my once—and soon to be again—beautiful kitchen. Lorenzo isn't just a brother by choice; he's also a fabulous uncle to my darling daughters. Lore, if you're reading this, and I have a strong inkling you are, hurry over as soon as my guest bedroom is prepped and pristine.
Now, let's shift the lens a bit. October is more than pumpkin spice and all things nice; it's Breast Cancer Awareness Month. So pink isn't just a color, it's a call to action. Yes, life's a whirlwind, but please find the time for those screenings. Because, let's be honest, health is the ultimate haute couture.
Lastly, raise a glass of your favorite bubbly rosé—I've got mine. This isn't a sponsored shoutout; it's an invitation to choose what brings you joy. So here's to us, the epitome of chic and charm. Cheers, ladies!

Everybody knows Bellini, but have you ever tried Rossini? Named after the 19th Italian composer Gioacchino Rossini, it’s a cocktail made with pureed strawberries and Prosecco. This cocktail is sophisticated and evokes Spring with its notes of delicate flavors dancing together on your palate, and I have the perfect glass to enjoy it! Villeroy and Boch, the world-famous European company synonymous with upmarket aesthetics and incredible quality since 1748, sent me this beautiful set of crystal wine goblets from the Rose Garden collection that are so pretty and delicate! They are perfect for sipping wine and the right size to make a sparkling cocktail like this. They quickly became a staple on my tablescapes, and I’ll show you more soon!
Here’s the recipe for 4 cocktails:
1 box of strawberries
1 bottle of Prosecco
2oz of Simple syrup

Cut the strawberries, and put them in a blender.
Add 2 ½ oz of pureed strawberries in a glass(1 part), add ½ oz of simple syrup, and top with Prosecco (2 parts). Garnish with strawberries, and enjoy!

I've got a delightful cocktail creation to share with you that's as easy as it is impressive. Get ready to fall in love with the Rose Bellini!
Here's the scoop: I stumbled upon a fantastic idea—using a rose-shaped ice cube mold to create something truly eye-catching. All I did was pour some irresistible peach juice into the mold, let it freeze overnight, and voila! A stunning frozen rose is born!
Now comes the fun part. I grab a fancy champagne coupe glass (because we all deserve a touch of glamour). Then, with a twinkle in my eye, I gently place that beautiful frozen rose into the glass.
I top it all off with a generous pour of bubbly Prosecco, which adds a lively and effervescent touch to the whole affair. The bubbles mingle with the frozen rose, creating a dazzling display that's as pleasing to the eye as it is to the taste buds.
And just like that, the Rose Bellini comes to life—an easy yet utterly charming cocktail that's perfect for your next alfresco aperitif. It's refreshing, fruity, and oh-so-sophisticated.
Cheers! 🍾
Looking to add a touch of elegance and fun to your next party? Well, darling, you're in for a treat! Having spent years basking in the glitzy vibes of Dubai, I mastered the art of infusing food and drinks with the delicate essence of roses. Here's what you need to whip up this glamorous sip:
🍾 1 bottle of bubbly rosé
🍊 1 bottle of grapefruit juice
🌹 1 bottle of fantastic Rose Syrup
✨ Pink edible glitters
🌷 1 silicone rose mold
Now, here comes the fun part – it's easier than striking a pose! Fill those rose molds with grapefruit juice, gracefully drizzle in that the rose syrup, sprinkle a pinch of pink edible glitters, and give it a little swirl of love.
Pop those lovelies into the freezer for a few hours or let them twinkle overnight like stars in the sky.
When the time comes to serve, delicately place a rose-shaped ice cube into a coupe glass, pour in that divine rosé, and voilà! For an extra dose of Barbie flair, consider these exquisite drink charms I stumbled upon. But, if you prefer to keep it a tad more low-key, simply garnish your glasses with maraschino cherries. Oh, and a friendly tip – that rose syrup? A little goes a long way, so don't get too carried away with it, darling.
I've linked everything, including that fantastic rose syrup, on my LTK (LikeToKnowIt) page. Or simply drop a fabulous "DRINK" in the comments, and I'll whisk you away to the instant link. Let's keep the glam and fun flowing! 🌹🥂✨"
