Everything I’m using and products that have been life savers to help with my c-section experience and to prevent and help heal my scar!

Deff recommend some pain killers like Tylenol and Motrin . I also used Colace and gas x to help relieve pressure and make things easier when that time came👌🏽
Cica and these scar patches are an absolute must to help heal and lessen the darken appearance of any scar !

Another tip since it’s 🌤️ summertime— always put extra sunblock on your scars because the sun exposure will deepen them! Or keep area cover led as much as possible! I always apply vitamin c as well!

My new skincare routine that is safe during pregnancy✨
✨ first off Iove the Ritual prenatal supplement- I’m so impressed with their ingredients and I’ve been using it prior to trying to get pregnant
✨the olehenriksen glow cycle treatment is a great retinol alternative
✨I use the La Roche-Posey hyaluronic acid on my face and on my belly, mixed with my lotion
✨ I love this you to the people kale + green- tea cleanser, it feels so fresh
I also use Cera-ve
✨ no I added some great moisturizers on here, including Tatcha Is my absolute favorite moisturizer
✨ SkinCeuticals several of their products are safe during pregnancy, including this CE ferulic which helps protect from radical damage- a skincare *must* for aging!
✨ lastly acne can be an issue with pregnancy. I’ve been using PTR lactic pore treatment & This therapeutic sulfur mask!

On Wednesdays we where pink 💕
In love with this all pink outfit cute for going out or work ! This is not maternity wear, but this fit the bump and has extra space for growth!

Pregnancy Strechmark prevention and skincare hydration 🩵💕🍼 I rotate these daily from the moment I found out I was pregnant …so far my skin is hydrated and no strech marks
✨Adding hyaluronic acid mixed with your lotion, is a great way to hydrate the skin and good for your face too!
✨The trofolastin has a weird smell, but it’s also helped my older scars is good for scarring pregnancy or not.
I also like the cicaplast for any type of scarring/stretch mark use
