The carpet is officially gone, thanks to David jumping in to help speed things up. 🙌 Aiden also stopped by a couple of times to make sure we were doing everything to his standards… every project needs a general contractor. 😂

Now that I can finally see the original stairs, it’s time for the tedious part: pulling what feels like a million nails.

I thrifted this woven basket and knew it had potential.

Now it lives under our coffee table stocked with diapers, wipes, bibs, and changing essentials for quick living room diaper changes.
Cute storage, but also very necessary with a baby in the house.

One of my favorite things about thrifting is finding something cute and useful. I grabbed this basket at Eliza’s Attic and it ended up being the perfect storage for Aiden’s magnet tiles.

Toy storage doesn’t have to be plastic bins everywhere… sometimes a thrifted basket does the trick and looks way cuter in the house too.

Sharing this in case you’re also always looking for ways to organize toys without making your living room look like a toy store.
