Happy Saturday friends! 🫶🏻 I’m on summer break and I’ve been doing a lot of cleaning and organizing at my house. I won’t say it’s been fun, but it’s felt really good to get things in order and say goodbye to things I don’t need and will never use! The donation pile is looking very healthy. 😁 I also think I probably need more bookshelves… I know we’re all surprised. 😜 Clearly no books have made their way to the pile. lol

Q: What’s your favorite show to watch while you clean? I’ve been watching The Pitt and I’ve found myself doing more watching than cleaning. May need to choose something less engrossing for my next pick. 😅

A little spring bedroom refresh 🌸

This duvet has already been featured in some of my previous pics, but I only got around to switching out my bedding this weekend. As a lover of color, this bedspread is an absolute dream come true! 😍 I’m so obsessed with this pattern that I had to get the matching Owala too! 💕☺️ It’s so fun!

Valentine’s Day room refresh 💕❤️

I couldn’t resist changing out a few things in my room for love month. 🤗💕 I also got a new faux plant for my shelf where there was previously an empty space or holiday decor. If you’ve ever been curious, all of the plants on my shelf are FAKE. I’d be too scared of mold or water damage to put my SE’s on the same shelf as real plants. 🙅🏼‍♀️ Target and World Market are the best places I’ve found for the most realistic and affordable options!

I signed up for a bookish Galentine’s event this week and I’m real excited!

My honest review of this mattress topper after over 5 years of consistent use!

There are people out there who can sleep anywhere, but I am NOT that person. I would’ve made a good princess and the pea because I have an extremely hard time sleeping if the conditions are not PERFECT. I am a side sleeper, and if I’m sleeping on a bed that is too hard, parts of my body fall asleep and feel tingly from the contact points, but if the bed is too soft I experience lower back pain.

This is the 3in option and I really believe it is the perfect mattress topper for all side and back sleepers. If you’re a stomach sleeper, it may be a little too soft, but if you purchased the 2in option I could imagine you would sink in a little less which might solve the problem.

My mattress is discontinued, but it was a Serta Jillian which was medium firmness. I linked a few mattress I think would be similar with good reviews.

The quality is absolutely phenomenal! This has definitely held up over time. I do think it’s also great for hot sleepers since I tend to be a hot sleeper as well! Genuinely one of the best purchases I have ever made!

I’ve been loving these new editions of Emily Henry’s books but they’re making me nervous with the slow release of them. 😬 If they don’t release all of her books in this style, I swear I will riot! People We Meet on Vacation is 4th in my personal EH ranking, but lately I’ve been kind of wanting to reread it. Honestly, I might need to reread all of them before the movie for each book comes out! That’s right… in case you haven’t heard, they are ALL getting screen adaptations‼️ I heard we can expect People We Meet on Vacation to release on Netflix this January! Even sooner than I hoped!
