If I don’t have the “right” hotel vibe - my trip is ruined!! 🤷🏽‍♀️🤣 HotelSnob After we stay at the hotels - I’ll give an update on where we stayed. (Safety 😊) We really value amenities and level of service!!! And my hotel must have a hotel lobby bar. Without a lobby bar I feel like a hotel is totally thrown off in vibe! I am the type of traveler who loves to meet people along the way - so maybe that’s it too. For Japan, location was also important to us because we wanted to maximize our time there and not spend too much time traveling to our destinations. @embarkwithkelly was helpful because she was able to narrow it down based on what our itinerary looked like and all the things we are planning to do. Obliviously safety, cleanliness are all important and priority but we really wanted to make sure we had a hotel with an elevated experience plus comfortable room space for the 4 of us. Also, Japan is very strict on how many people can stay in a room (even kids!) some hotels consider a 7 year old an adult.
