work from home setup as a girl trying to get more steps/not be so sedentary 🥲 got this rolling adjustable desk & walking pad off amazon over Black Friday! When I ordered this walking pad it had 5 stars and was on sale for $90ish so it will def go on sale again. So far loving it, the walking pad is super easy to store + not as bulky and heavy as the one I had a while ago.

The rolling desk isn’t the cutest but it was important to me that the walking pad could actually go under the desk, so that’s why I chose this combo!

& I updated my alarm to the morning music shuffle - SO happy this exists omg it shuffles through 15 different sounds so you don’t get alarm fatigue I have reached the point of being so fed up with snoozing my alarm that my @hatchforsleep is now across the room from me so I have no choice but to get up (& I leave my phone in the bathroom overnight)

I feel worse after snoozing and going back to sleep than I do when I just get up when my alarm initially goes off 9 times out of 10 anyways
