grwm: hair wash day non-negotiables! been trying to grow my hair longer & healthier & these are are tips I’ve picked up along the way: ✨ let your hair towel dry a bit before brushing it out. it’s most delicate when it’s wet. ✨ always brush from the bottom up & be gentle. that’s the longest part of my hair wash routine. ✨ never ever ever skip the heat protectant.
