This olive cheeseball is a great game day dish, especially since you can shape it into a football! All you need is one block of softened cream cheese, 1 cup olives, 1 cup shredded cheese, & a packet of ranch seasoning. Mix together, shape into a football, top with more shredded cheese and use halved olives as laces. Refrigerate and serve with crackers or veggies!

1 can pumpkin
Butter cake mix (dry mix only)
Chocolate chips
Caramel syrup
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes

Cornbread Salad
2 cans of drained whole kernel corn 
2 cans of drained rotel 
1 bag of sharp cheddar cheese 
1 cup of chopped green scallions (onions if you prefer) 
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning 
1 cup of Duke’s mayonnaise 
Mix all together
1 9x9 pan of sweet cornbread crumbled 
Add cornbread just before you are ready to serve

I mixed and served this all in my wooden bowl from my dear friend @jennyreimold. So easy and minimum clean up necessary 👌

Elvis cake recipe

2 ripe bananas
1 Dolly Parton x Duncan Hines banana cake mix (mix only)
1 cup applesauce 
1 cup creamy peanut butter 
Mix all together in mixer and pour into your greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. I used cream cheese as my frosting and topped with honey.

AP Crockpot Tenderloin 
Layer in crockpot:
2 lbs seasoned pork loin
2 cups baby carrots 
1 medium onion (quartered) 
2 cups of water 

Cook on high 4 hours, then warm another 4 hours

1 hour before serving, add: 
1 large can of cream of mushroom soup 
Lipton onion soup mix 
Salt 
Pepper 
Fresh rosemary

Touchdown Sliders
(6 ingredients for the touchdown then the extra point on top)

2 packages of Hawaiian rolls (sliced sideways on baking dish)
Sliced cheese (American or cheddar) 
1 lb sausage (cooked and drained) 
8 eggs scrambled 
Swiss cheese 
1 lb cooked bacon 

Layer the items above and place the top of the rolls back on top.  Now, for the extra point…

Melt 1 stick of butter 
3/4 cup of maple syrup 
Mix together and brush the top of the rolls with it. 
Sprinkle @traderjoes everything bagel seasoning on top. 

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes until toasted and melting around the edges.  Cut with a sharp knife and use the remaining sauce for dipping.

AP/Dolly 5 Ingredient Fall Cake

Mix together well in mixer: 
Duncan Hines x Dolly Parton coconut cake mix (dry mix only)
1 can pumpkin 
1 cup of coconut 
1 cup of pineapple juice 

Bake at 350 degrees until done. I chose to grease a Bundt pan with crisco and cooked for 35 minutes. Let it cool in pan then place your cake plate on top of it before turning it over. Once the cake releases onto the cake plate, top with buttercream and sprinkle fresh coconut flakes over the top. This cake was so moist and was a crowd pleaser. 👌

AP Cinnamon Apple Bake

2 sticks of butter 
2 cinnamon rolls 
Large apple pie filling 
Cinnamon Toast Crunch mix

Spread softened butter in a large cast iron skillet. Lay out two cans of cinnamon rolls in the skillet.  Spread Apple pie filling over all the rolls. Top with a second stick of butter cut in squares. Finish by sprinkling Cinnamon Toast Crunch over the top. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Top with icing from cinnamon rolls immediately out of the oven while still hot.

Tennessee Pie
Mix together:
Frozen orange juice concentrate 
1 sweetened condensed milk 
2 cups of mandarin oranges, drained
1 tub of Cool Whip 
Pour into a graham cracker pie crust 
Place in freezer (4 hours minimum)

A little sweet treat for the kids’ dessert tonight. I tried these easy witches hats and they seemed to be a hit. So many different things you could add to them. They are best served warm or on top of ice cream. This was a simple quick treat for tonight, but I am thinking a breakfast version with apples, brown sugar and cinnamon would  be good too!

Baking the 3 ingredient cake again but this time my daughter did it. We took it up another level by adding these plastic skeletons and topping with powder sugar. This is great to take to school & work Halloween parties! 

Recipe: 
1 can of pure pumpkin (regular size) 
1 box of butter cake mix (dry mix only) 
1 bag of cinnamon or butterscotch chips 
Mix together and bake until done (time depends on size of baking dish you use)

Clemson recipe for game day hosting

Tiger Paws recipe:
Lay out Tostitos Scoops on a baking sheet.  Fill each cup with my pimento cheese recipe, listed below: 
1 block cheddar, shredded 
1 block pepperjack cheese, shredded
1 cup mayo 
1 tbsp sugar 
1 tsp cayenne pepper 
(I did 1.5 tsp in the video) 

Bake on 375 degrees for 5 minutes until bubbly.  Top with chopped purple onion. ~ ENJOY XXAP

Roast beef
Chicken stock or broth
1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
1 packet McCormick Au Jus gravy 
Half a jar Peperoncinis including juice 

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375 for 2 hours. Take the foil off for the last 30 minutes.

Chicken Pot Pie
2 deep dish frozen pie crusts 
2 Pillsbury pie crusts (twin pack)
1 rotisserie chicken 
2 cans cream of chicken 
1 cup sour cream 
3 tsp Creole seasoning 
Salt & pepper 
1 tbsp Mrs. Dash 
2 cans veg-all drained 
1 cup shredded mozzarella 

Shred rotisserie chicken and place in a large mixing bowl. Add in cream of chicken, seasonings, veg-all, sour cream and mozzarella. Mix well and empty into the two deep dish crusts. Unroll a pie crust on top. Fold and pinch the edges of the crust to seal the pie crust together.  

Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let the pies sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving to slice easily. 

Recipe makes two pies. Perfect for sharing or delicious for leftovers the following day.  Enjoy ~XXAP

Granny’s Hoecakes
Granny never measured so I rarely ever do either. ;) 

4 cups of self rising cornmeal
1/3 cup of sugar 
2 dollops of Daisy sour cream 
Salt & pepper 
2 cups of milk or buttermilk 

Mix your cornmeal mixture well.  Get your cast iron or electric skillet greased up and hot.  My grandmother preferred Crisco but we are using Bacon Up lately for the extra protein. 

Spoon in your mixture and stay close as it starts to fry up.  You want it crispy but not burnt.  Flip often and cook until golden.

Vegetable beef soup 
Brown:
2 lbs ground beef 
1 medium chopped onion 
1 medium green pepper
21 Salute seasoning 
Once cooked thoroughly, add in the following:
1 bottle tomato juice 
3 cans Veg-All
2 cans okra & tomatoes
2 cans drained pintos
2 cans whole corn 
1/2 bottle 57 sauce 
1/3 bottle A1 sauce 

Boil 30 minutes, then simmer 20 minutes. Serve with hoecakes & shredded cheddar cheese. Optional: add Tabasco sauce for a kick. Enjoy! ~XXAP

AP Pumpkin Nutella Cake

Butter cake mix (dry mix only) 
1 can pumpkin
1 bag cinnamon chips 
Powdered sugar (1 cup or optional)
Nutella (2 cups or as desired) 

Recipe: 
Mix together butter cake mix (just the powder) pumpkin & cinnamon chips. 
Grease your Bundt pan. Pour in mixture and bake at 375 degrees 20-30 minutes depending on the size of your pans.  Check it often until the sides start to pull loose from the edges of the pan.  Set it out to cool 5-10 minutes.  Add a layer of Nutella in the middle once cooled down.  Top with powdered sugar and ENJOY!

Gameday Cheeseball
Mix together: 
2 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar 
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning 
1 and 1/4 cups sliced green olives 

Shape into a football. Create laces with pistachio halves (or almonds if preferred). Chill for one hour minimum and serve with crackers - I have also served this with carrot sticks for a healthier option!

Layer Idaho and sweet potatoes and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle with Hidden Valley ranch seasoning, top with butter slices. Bake at 375 degrees for an hour and flip in the middle. Top with mixed shredded cheese.

5 ingredient fresh peach cobbler
Ingredients: 
6-7 medium peaches 
2 sticks of butter 
1 cup sugar 
3-4 tbsp Cinnamon
Butter cake mix (dry mix only)

Peel & slices 6-7 medium fresh peaches.  Add to a sauce pan with one stick of butter and one cup of sugar and cook on medium heat until softened and bubbly.  Add the peach mixture to your baking dish.  Top the peaches with cinnamon.  Add one butter cake mix (just the dry mix) on top of the cinnamon.  Top it all with 1 stick of cold butter in thin slices.  Bake 30-35 minutes until golden brown.  Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

Nutella bars recipe

Melt one bag of large marshmallow with one stick of butter.  Add 2 cups of Nutella and blend well.  Remove from heat and pour in one small box of Rice Krispy cereal (or 8 cups). Mix well and pour into a butter greased container.  Rub the top with butter to smooth.

Grape salad recipe:
3 cups chopped green grapes 
3 cups chopped red grapes 
1 block cream cheese (softened) 
1 cup sour cream 
1 tbsp vanilla flavoring
2.5 cups brown sugar 
Chopped pecans (optional) 

In medium bowl, blend together cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, and 1 cup brown sugar. Pour in grapes and mix well. Top with remaining 1.5 cups brown sugar and chopped pecans. Chill in refrigerator minimum 3 hours and serve cold.

Strawberry Lemonade Frozen Pie 🍓🍋🥧 

3-4 cups strawberries
18 oz. block of cream cheese
1 frozen lemonade concentrate
8 oz. Cool Whip
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
Pie crusts
Mix together the first 3 ingredients and then add your Cool Whip and sweetened condensed milk. Pour into pie crusts and freeze for 3-4 hours, before serving.
