First the nursery, next our bedroom. . The nursery is really close to our room... like, REALLY close. Our bedroom is on the top floor of our split-level and is part of 3 rooms (and a full bathroom) that originally served as an in-law suit for my Great Grandmother, and then my Great Aunt. One of these rooms is directly joined with ours- this will be the nursery. I was skeptical at first; there are a ton of pros to having our girl so close... there are also some cons. But, it’s the room that makes the most sense right now, so we’re going to make it work! And it’s inspired me to give our bedroom a little makeover to play off the nursery’s design!
