Let’s talk about hair 👱🏼‍♀️ I learned so much over the last year about what to do & boy to do to keep it healthy, soft & shine 💫 Being a fine haired gal I get greasy fast! However, lately brushing very gently with a @thewetbrush & using @pureology shampoo 🧴 + conditioner (just on the mid to ends) I’ve seen a rapid turn around in the texture of my hair. Truly the feeling when you leave a salon & pray you can recreate that look! Lastly, my new hair guru I met in Naples last month advised me the importance of hair bonding 💇🏼‍♀️ This strengthens & puts back good oils + nourishment for your hair while dry frying styling all the time. 🙌🏻 The two I’ve used whether hair is wet or dry, @olaplex #6 bonding cream & #7 bonding oil, I have seen literally 90% less breakage 😳!! Before December I was losing hair everywhere due to how unhealthy it was. 👾 THIS IS SCARY but hi guys, 🙋🏼‍♀️ 2020 let’s get vulnerable & real: I have lost 20 pounds in the last 5.5 weeks 💪🏻 . Don’t come at me with “why” etc. I did it because I wanted to—for myself. I went to UPMC for nutrition help & they gave me some guidelines to live by. 📋 I have gotten messaged a lot recently about HOW I did it, & I cannot be a dietitian, nutritionist nor weight loss doctor 🥼 but I can tell you that A. It is possible to change, no matter how late in the game you may feel. B. It’s 90% food, eat clean, 🥬 but treat yourself in moderation🍦& basically count your calories every day for your body type. C. I always, always hit at least 10,000 steps a day 👟 👟 no matter what. D. I usually like to add a 30 min or 60 min exercise of some kind to my day: jogging or Pilates. E. I try not to eat after 6pm, ⏰ always have dinner at 5pm—make all my own meals (so I know what’s in it + portion control). 🍴 So that’s it, nothing too crazy, wild or special other than consistency, perseverance & discipline. I am proud of my quick fitness journey & love my body. 🏃🏼‍♀️ Please do not comment or DM mean things about this topic, me or weightloss concerns, everyone is different & this is what worked for me after years & years of struggling with emotional & boredom eating.
