Still cannot believe I did this in the airport after walking 8 miles a day 3 days in a row, and NOTHING hurts! My knees, my back my hips!!!! 🥹🙏🏻 Found some great compression socks that I wore on the plane and during daily walks. It made a huge difference!!!!!!!! And these jeans run large. Size down! I’m in a 31 here, but I usually wear 32 in Joe’s! These are super soft and comfy!

Stepping out of my comfort zone with this post, but I wanted to share! It’s more than just the products…it’s the mindset shift.

This summer has had its ups and downs for me emotionally. Embracing a vacation frame of mind regularly has really helped me balance those emotions and live from gratitude much more often!

Obviously the clothes and makeup are only a small piece of the puzzle. Meditation, self-care, therapy, etc are a MUST for your mental health, but these little pieces have really helped me to put it all together and realize the final picture! ☀️🥰🙏🏻
