As a mom on the go, I’m always reaching for athleisure outfits that move with me but still make me feel polished. My current favourites? The Oversized Define Jacket from lululemon and the high-rise Align leggings. Their new shade blue twill is such a versatile neutral — the perfect alternative to black for fresh fall styling.

For footwear, a supportive sneaker/runner is a must (especially for busy moms), and lululemon’s lineup never disappoints. For sizing, I wear a 6 in Align leggings and usually size down to a 4 in the Oversized Define Jacket.

This is exactly how I’d style an on-the-go athleisure look with layers for fall — comfy, functional, and chic enough to take me from errands to mom life in stride.
