everything to make delicious matcha lattes at home

the recipe:
1 cup cane sugar
1 cup water
4tbsp lavender buds
2tbsp light blue agave

bring ingredients to a low boil for about 3-5 minutes

let cool for 30 minutes, then pour mixture over strainer

store in the fridge for up to 7 days—enjoy!

the most perfect cold-whisked matcha recipe 🍵✨

sift 1/2-1 tsp of matcha
pour 1oz of cold oat milk over matcha
add madagascar vanilla bean paste into chawan
whisk in a ‘W’ or ‘M’ motion for 30-45 seconds
pour 1/2 cup of oat milk into glass with ice
pour cold matcha over milk
add additional sweetener for taste
stir, sip and enjoy :)

Matcha Latte Recipe :)

1. Boil water to 160°F in kettle

2. Scoop 1 or 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder (I use @ippodoteausa Ummon matcha)

3. Grab your sifter and sift ceremonial grade matcha powder into your bowl/chawan

4. Pour about 1oz of warm (not boiling) water over matcha powder in bowl/chawan

5. Grab bamboo whisk and whisk matcha for about 30 seconds following an ‘M’ or ‘W’ motion.

6. Grab your glass & add 1 tablespoon of syrup (i use a homemade vanilla lavender syrup)

7. Fill your glass with ice (I use @weckjars)

8. Pour 4oz of @califiafarms organic oat barista blend

9. Pour matcha from your bowl/chawan into your glass

10. Stir, sip and enjoy :)

non-alcoholic matcha mimosa recipe! 🥂🤸🏾‍♀️✨

Fill your glass halfway with non-alcoholic champagne, or carbonated water. reallyloving this Good Twiin N/A sparkling wine. 12/10

Sift and whisk 1 tsp of @ippodotea ceremonial matcha

Add 1/2 or 1oz of Monin lavender syrup to mixture

Pour over champagne

Toast, sip and enjoy 🤸🏾‍♀️🥂

warm up 1-3 bars of Lindt Chocolate white chocolate

stir until smooth

pour chocolate in a small bowl or cup

sift and add 1-2 tbs of ippodo tea matcha

mix and blend until matcha is evenly distributed

clean and fully dry off strawberries

dip strawberries into chocolate, then immediately dip into bowl of ice cold water to harden the chocolate quicker
once chocolate hardens, add chocolate art on top for fun

taste and enjoy 🤸🏾‍♀️✨
