Where we stayed for 2 weeks in Italy. Villas except Rome (apartment).

Bardolino is where we stayed on Lake Garda. Easy access to all the surrounding towns. We rented an uber modern two bedroom condo (primary with own access and other bedroom downstairs with bath) and oldest camped out in main room with sofa bed and porch. Hot tub private and pool across street with no one using so basically private also.

Highly recommend our gated villa with pool outside Forte dei Marmi and only an hour from cinque terre. Beautiful setting overlooking towns and sea, and each girl had a bedroom and bathroom with views. Downstairs suite for us. Reminded us of our Torino home a decade ago!
