Happy Saturday! I’m excited because tomorrow is my “rest day”. I’ve been doing @high.fitness free live-streams on Tuesday’s, Thursday’s and Saturday’s, and then running Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I’ve also been doing @emilyijackson and live equipment free 15-20 minute workouts on Monday’s and Friday’s. Needless to say, I’m looking forward to my relaxing Sunday!
