I’ve been wanting to do a 90s IT girl lip edit forever — and I’ve finally scavenged the best liners and lipsticks on the market to bring you the ultimate lineup. These shades scream off-duty supermodel, Rachel Green , and the kind of effortless glam we’re all still chasing.

Here are my top picks for that classic 90s look:
