Rob looked at me sideways when I did it saying I need to respect the shoe😅 but I’m being efficient right? For the weighted vest I started with 8 lbs and worked my way up to 12! It’s recommended to start with 5-10% of your body weight.

How I wash my African Net Sponge! Rinse, squeeze out the water then hang dry when you’re done showering. For weekly washing I put it in a washing bag on delicate with hot water then hang to dry! You can also hand wash with vinegar and hot water!
