Took time to find the right contractor for an old home, a couple of items were delayed in shipping but we are here!
Urbanology will come today with a truck and all the furniture and we will leave and come home to the reveal!
Like a tv show! Also just found out my family member is coming home soon. Today feels like clean slate

We all love a good peel, mask or hydrating serum, but if you’re not consistent with vitamin c + sunscreen for AM, retinol PM and peptides, don’t even think about those. Ok I’ve found the combo that will make your feet so soft! If you need to get a fresh start, begin with THIS FILE- I’ve never used a file that worked so well. Then follow with Kiehls crème de corps. This is my all time favorite body lotion that JUST WORKS and leaves a beautiful glow on the skin. So hydrating! And then every day after you use your glycolic toner, sweep it onto the heels or rough spots on the feet and I swear you will never see another flake or crack on your feet ever again! Maintain by using the glycolic every other day and always use the crème de corp daily.

My weighted vest has been essential in my perimenopausal journey! I walk in mine for 45 minutes every day. Sometimes I break it up, sometimes I do it in one walk but either way, got to get that 45 minutes in daily! I recommend starting at 8 lbs then working your way up, but that also depends on your weight!
