When I deep condition my relaxed hair, I like to use some heating element that helps to open my hair cuticles more and allow the deep conditioner to really penetrate my hair strands. I sometimes use my hair steamer and could use my hooded dryer. The problem is that both need to be plugged into an outlet, so I'm stuck in one place.
