At home workout
vegan strawberry donuts 🍩🍓

ingredients 

donuts
* 2 cups flour
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3/4 cup freeze dried strawberries
* 3/4 cup dairy-free vanilla creamer
* 1/4 cup vegan butter - softened 
* 1 container dairy-free strawberry yogurt (I used Trader Joe’s brand) 
* 1 teaspoon vanilla

icing 
* 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
* juice from 2 strawberries (muddle & drain) 
* 2 teaspoons dairy-free creamer 
* optional: sprinkles 

directions 
1: add all donut ingredients to mixing bowl. 
2: grease donut pan & pipe batter into pan. 
3: bake for 11 minutes at 375 degrees. 
4: prep icing while donuts cool, then dip donuts into icing. 
5: top with sprinkles if desired, and enjoy! keep leftovers in fridge.

ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup @violife_foods creamer
1 scoop vanilla @sunwarrior 
1/2 tsp baking soda & powder
1 tbsp flax
2 tbsp almond butter

directions
1: add all ingredients to bowl & mix. 
2: use a 1/8 measuring cup & add mixture to small, greased muffin pan. 
3: bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes & enjoy!

high protein, pumpkin donuts! 🍩🎄

ingredients 
1 container silken tofu
15 oz pumpkin 
1 tbsp coconut oil 
1/2 cup brown sugar 
1/2 cup flour 
1 tbsp pumpkin spice 
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
powdered sugar for sprinkling on top 

directions 
1: add all ingredients except for powdered sugar to bowl & mix.
2: pour into greased donut (or muffin) trays & bake for 13-16 minutes at 350 degrees. 
3: let cool, then remove from pan and dust with powdered sugar. 
4: enjoy! 😊
