We built this in law suite thinking we’d have a full time nanny with us, but instead it’s turned into the sweetest place of rest for the ones we love to come visit us & escape the busy world.

Three things that were a must when designing this space:
➡️ a pull out couch for all of my nieces and nephews
➡️ a washer & dryer for all of the stinky, dirty kids clothes after a long day on the farm
➡️ an oasis for the bedroom

Working from home while juggling kids is definitely challenging but doesn’t have to be miserable.

I work from home full time & have all three kids with me with no babysitters or nannies. Throughout the years I’ve learned a few things that work best for us and this is one of my favorites!

⭐️ busy bins! We have creative time on MWF & critical thinking time T/TH when schools not in session. I swap a few things out every Sunday but usually these stay the same for my 5 & 6 year old 🤍

Did you know you can wash the balls from Crate and Barrels kids ball pit?

After the 💩 incident I threw them in the wash with vinegar and thieves and ran them through twice! I left them in for a few hours to fry and them put them back in the pit!

My goal is 10k and with chasing 3 kids, 12 chickens, 2 dogs & a farm I’ve been pretty good at keeping up with it!
