These single-serve creatine sachets make it so easy to get the right serving every day — especially when traveling or on the go. My favorite way to take it is blended straight into my morning matcha 🍵 It doesn’t change the taste or flavor at all, and it blends in so easily. I’ll sometimes add it to a protein shake too, but creatine + matcha has definitely become my go-to.

Morning coffee bliss with my Nespresso Vertuo Breville machine ☕️I always add Vital Protein’s collagen peptide to my morning coffee. Doesn’t taste anything and you can barely notice a difference in the texture of the coffee. I love this collagen as it’s easy to use and definitely boosts my body. Finding the stick packs to be an easy solution (they have a jar option too). Been using it for over a month now.
My coffee accessories: I just got this aesthetic coffee pod organizer - comes in different sizes for different pods and I linked the one I got. I either drink from my big sized coffee cups or my cute espresso cups depending on which coffee I’m having. These are the flavors and vertuo pods I go for:
Regular sized coffee cup (little to no milk required)
🩵Odacio (turquoise pod)
🧡Melozio (gold/orange pod)
💛Bianco (gold pod) -> to be used with milk/create a cappuccino
For espresso/ristretto:
💙Diavolitto (dark blue)
💜Altissio (dark purple)

I hope you found this guide useful! It took me some time to figure out which pods to go for and just happy to share my own research. These are all pods with neutral coffee flavors and no added extra sugars etc ✨
