Great high waisted training shorts. The inner tights do not rise up during my workouts. The high waist isn’t too high for petites. Lots of colors and many on sale. Runs TTS, wearing an XS.

The twist back tank is a lightweight fabric great for sweaty workouts. My tummy doesn’t show when I raise my arms overhead. Wearing an XXS.

Summer workout refresh with Calia from Dick’s Sporting Goods. Petite friendly athletic wear. The midrise waist sits nicely at the waist. The top has a nice high neck and a shape to it. The shorts are long enough that you can bend over and not have to worry during your workouts. The shorts and top fit true to size. Wearing an XS.

Also wearing my favorite sports bra by Panache for busty petites. I wear a 28DD. I wear this for all types of cardio and plyometrics and do t have e to worry about bounce.

Hoka Solamrs are my go to sneakers for all sorts of training. Weights, circuit, or cardio.
