MATCHA DIARIES - let’s make a raspberry matcha lemonade, the ultimate spring/summer drink!

Ingredients:
- your matcha of choice
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- few ounces of water
- raspberry rose @drinkpoppi for that raspberry flavor, but a sparkling water will do as well!
- 1 lemon (for lemon juice & garnish

Making matcha syrup:

1. Add water & matcha in small saucepan/pot, allow the matcha clumps to dissolve.
2. Add in sugar with heat on medium, and wait for it to dissolve. Once dissolved, let simmer (simmer for as long as you’d like for extra thickness)
3. Let it cool

Making drink:
1. Add ice
2. Pour in matcha syrup over ice
3. Squeeze lemon on ice
4. Pour in poppi/sparkling water
5. Add lemon for garnish
6. ENJOY! 🫶🏾🤸🏾‍♀️
