I managed to snap up one of the M&S COLLECTION Pure Cotton Midi Skirts (6-24), which has been going a bit social media viral over the last few weeks - and I can see what the fuss it about! Such a fab, flattering skirt for easy spring dressing! Just add a T-Shirt, jumper, or cardigan and trainers now (sandals in the summer) - or dress it up with a blazer and heels! It also comes in white and is out of stock in some sizes, so be quick if you see yours available. For reference, I'm 5ft3 and usually a size 12 - I went for the shorter length and size 12, although it's quite roomy so I could've sized down to a 10. Priced at just £32.50 !

Now I’m starting to fill the diary in with plans for February, I am starting to feel like it’s actually February - when there’s still a full week left of January. How can that be the case? Longest month ever! And please send me strength (or wine) as Wilf’s birthday is at the weekend and we have 5 boys arriving for a gaming truck party, followed by a sleepover. I do not know how I agreed to having 8 children in my house overnight, but it’s all he wanted to do - and what Wilf wants, Wilf tends to get (‘middle child parenting a middle child’ problems). In other news, I could be wearing wide-leg trousers from Hush or I could be wearing pyjama bottoms - either way, I’m comfy and warm. These particular trousers are out of stock, but I’ve selected some very similar versions if you want to be comfy too.
