I managed to go through my first winter dipping in the sea this year but I am pleased to see spring has arrived. I am also pleased to have started the amazing @yogicoops yoga in the mornings! There is nothing better than looking out at the horizon by the sea for your sun salutations! This morning I decided to go for a power walk as I wasn’t dipping or doing yoga. I pulled out this dress from last year @asos. These shapes are great to throw on. They cover a multitude of sins if there are parts of your body you’re not thrilled with and they allow plenty of airflow for warmer climates. If you live in a hot climate and like these styles I’d definitely give it a go. Choose natural fabrics like cotton, linen or silk. My sunglasses are recycled and also from @ASOS. Trainers are one of my favourites the sustainable @veja.
