This week’s Monday Mood Board is a comfy cozy little office. It’s warm, layered, and full of pieces that would make me want to come sit in my office!

I started with this timeless, warm wood desk. Then I added this upholstered green swivel chair. I love the pop of color! And it looks soooo comfy. Behind the desk, this black glass-front cabinet adds major storage (always a win) but also looks like a styled display piece on its own.

This woven rattan pendant light adds the perfect amount of texture overhead, while the brass-and-black table lamp brings in that modern touch - I love the contrast. The neutral plaid rug keeps the whole room feeling cozy and ties everything together.

I loooove finding prints on Etsy and I fell in love with this vintage horse print!

I’m in looooove with this earthy green bedroom mood board! This patterned slipcover headboard is so dreamy! I absolutely love the floral pattern paired with the deep, green paint. I paired it with these black nightstands for a little contrast (contrast is so important when designing a room!), and the brass table lamps pair with the bed perfectly.

I love the vintage look of these heron prints. I also love how they almost perfectly match the green on the wall. At the foot of the bed, I added this woven bench for texture (and a spot to throw your blanket pile). I will forever be a fan of the Chris Loves Julia x Loloi rug collection. This checkered Polly rug adds just enough pattern underfoot without competing.

This brass wall rack from Magnolia is beautiful and practical! I always love a woven laundry hamper too. Then finally, I’ve been posting about this faux black olive tree for a while now. I’m super picky with faux greenery and this one passed all my tests!

This living room mood board makes me want to curl up with a blanket and never leave. I started with this striped sofa because it’s classic but still feels relaxed, and I love it paired with this rich rust velvet sofa. The combo is so cozy and layered!

I love this rug too! If you know me, you know I love to mix patterns - so I love the striped sofa with this rug. For the console wall, I went with this spindle-leg console table (those legs!) and topped it with a pair of modern white lamps for soft, warm light. Behind it all, this vintage-style floral art adds just the right amount of moodiness.

Of course, I had to add a little faux greenery — this potted plant instantly makes the space feel alive. And this brass-and-marble side table is perfect!

It’s warm, it’s inviting, and it’s full of pieces you’ll love for years.

Time for a new room makeover! I'm so excited about this one...I'll be redoing my girls' bathroom! This room is pretty dated and I'm so excited to make it match along with the rest of the house. The girls are excited and so am I!

We're going a bit neutral, but with lots of character. I want this bathroom to last the girls a long time and I think with this color palette, it totally will! I love this moody landscape sketch alongside these striped curtains! The mirror I'll be putting up in here adds that vintage touch I always like to have in my spaces.

Okay also how DREAMY is that striped shower tile?! I'll be creating that pattern using Almond & White tile from Daltile. I'm SO EXCITED to install that along with the circular floor tile. It's going to be perfect!

If you want a moody and beautiful bedroom, the perfect solution is a wallpaper mural like this one! Match a color from the wallpaper for the rest of the room, and layer in some wood tones, velvet, mood lighting (like hanging beside pendants), and a gorgeous rug. I’m obsessed with the sharp lines of this velvet wing back bed in a deep blue.

I have bedding just like this on the Murphy bed in my basement and everyone always asks for the links. The bedding is a dupe from Walmart! They look almost identical ✨

A moody living room mood board for this week!

I love the Billie Oriental rug paired with this velvet arm chair. The colors and textures together are just perfect! I always love a slip covered sofa. One of these makes it easy to clean and also change out the style..and I’m loving all things striped right now. I also always try and mix styles together - feminine/masculine, traditional/modern..you know what I mean? I feel like this console adds the perfect modern element to this space.

Has there ever been a more perfect dining chair? The answer is no. And if you know me, I’m a sucker for marble bistro dining vibes so to pair these with a marble bistro table was exactly the answer. I love mixing textures, so I threw in this woven pendant. What a dreamy little dining nook! I especially love the contrast of the red stems. I’ll definitely be ordering those. They check all the boxes for me! The console table I put on this mood board was what inspired my console table build for the water station in my basement! It’s such a good one and very affordable. I also just adore this tapestry. Could go anywhere, in any room!

NO, this is not a pregnancy announcement! Just heavily into all things red lately and I was inspired by this maroon crib I spotted. I used this rug on a recent mood board as well, and it is just SO GOOD! A good neutral rug that doesn’t look like every other rug is hard to find. It also really does like vintage to me, which is a huge sell in my opinion! I also love this grasscloth wallpaper. Wall stripes are IN right now. This is just a perfect little gender-neutral set up! If you haven’t noticed, I tend to source most of my art from Etsy. I just love the options there. I’m a huge vintage art lover but it can be difficult to source specific things. On Etsy, you can purchase files for download and then get the images printed. I will sometimes print from home on canvas paper for more of a vintage effect. Just pop in some vintage (or vintage look-a-like) frames, and you’re set!

You guys, I’m not kidding when I say that this rug goes in every room. It’s one of my favorite rugs ever. The colors, the style, it’s just perfect. It’s just the right amount of everything. Here’s an example of it in an office mood board! This paint color is sulking room pink by farrow & ball. I found this upholstered dining chair and thought this is a perfect desk chair! It is way more comfortable looking than most office chairs are. I love a simple modern desk. These glass cabinets can be used as functional storage and even combined with multiple to create an entire wall of cabinetry! Or even flank either sides of the desk against a wall to fill up a whole wall with cabinetry.

Spotted this gorgeous velvet sofa on the big Wayfair Spring Sale and rounded up a whole living room scene to pair along with it!

I’ve been on the hunt for sofas for my dad‘s living room and I’ve been shocked at how many gorgeous ones are on the Wayfair site!

This rug is one I haven’t seen yet and I instantly fell in love with it too! When pairing furniture together, I love to contrast styles. For example, I chose a modern lined sofa with a more traditional style armchair. Contrast is my favorite thing in design! I also really love the concept of a console table in the living room that acts as a TV stand. This is a great solution for a tight space because you can add Ottomans underneath for extra seating! We actually have one of these Ottomans in our house and I love it.

I saw this wallpaper recently and immediately pictured it in a laundry room so I had to make a mood board for you! It would be so perfect to pair it with a tonal trim and ceiling in this soft green/blue. We have one of these swivel racks in our laundry room and I really love it for saving space. And this brass version is to die for! I’m also a sucker for a rolling industrial style laundry cart. I just adore things that are functional/beautiful and also things that feel like they are from the past. I threw in some cute organizing accessories for this space. A little wooden shelving tower to store linens, folded laundry, storage bins, etc. would be ideal in a small space!
