I LOVE Blackwatch Tartan and I’m so excited to add this new Ophelia dress from Hill House to my closet. The fabric is so soft and it has pockets. Size up if you have a broader chest and shoulders; the bodice runs a bit small, but there is good smocking stretch in the back.
