So this is 30...the 5 is silent 🤍 • • LIFE is too short not to celebrate every chance you get 🎂🎈 It’s not the years that count, it’s the memories you make over the years. When I look back, I’m proud of myself. Proud of the choices I have made over the past few years. I choose Freedom; I choose to Love Myself deeply; I choose to become the Best Version of myself every single day. I get emotional just saying those things because it took me such a long time to repair and retrain my mind into believing in myself again. I’m so Thankful & Blessed for the life that has been given to me. Life can be crazy, messy, & broken but nothing is permanent & timing is truly everything. I’ve come to realize that all the things I used to think mattered, matter a little less. All the angst and insecurities I used to let get to me, don’t affect me the same anymore. Now, I love growing older because it means growing wiser. It means forgetting all the ideas in your head of who you were supposed to be and owning who you already are. Wherever you are, whatever you are feeling, if it’s happiness - soak it all in, if it’s not - this too shall pass. It’s time to put aside people who don’t see your worth. Believe in yourself!Beyond grateful for my family & friends, my health, and a perspective on life that makes me excited for whatever the future holds.
