Palm beach inspired styles, these bright colors and fun hydrangea floral prints are a breath of fresh air after a cold, wet winter! Pair this dress with a raffia pump sandal or ruffle flat!

The children’s sizes start at 2T and go up to 12. Betsy is wearing the Poppy Dress featuring ruffle sleeves and eyelet lace details.
