Officially 39 weeks and nesting is in full effect. 🪴

I’ve been focusing on creating warm, cozy spaces to labor in since this time around I’ll be laboring longer at home before heading to the birth center. To achieve an earthy, tranquil vibe, I decided to incorporate more live plants, a blanket basket, and moved our oversized mirror into the living room to complete the space, along with a cozy new rug to mix textures.

We went to @homedepot and found these gorgeous ZZ plants and I loved the natural touches it gives!

I also wanted encouraging scriptures on the walls and found this one by @shopjenessawait feat. my favorite, Numbers 6:24-26 ✨ I’ll be ordering more for sure!! Her shop is adorable!

So a few touches here and there to make our home a bit cozier to welcome our Merritt girl in 🤍
