Recipe: * 3 chicken breasts * 1 tablespoon olive oil * 1/4 cup pesto * 6 slices fresh mozzarella, sliced * 2 vine ripe tomatoes, sliced Toppings: * balsamic glaze * fresh basil leaves Instructions: * Preheat oven to 425°F
 * Heat the @ourplace Titanium Always Pan Pro over medium heat 
 * Season both sides of chicken with and add to skillet. Cook for 3 minutes per side until browned 
 * Add a spoonful of pesto over the top of each chicken breast. Then add the mozzarella slices and tomato slices. Add the skillet into the oven for 10-12 minutes, until chicken is finished cooking (reaches internal temperature of 165°F).
 * Finally, top with fresh basil and balsamic glaze.
